One of our readers has just reported something very disgusting to this
site, something going on at the Surrey Public Library main branch in Whalley:

The people who run the main library on University Blvd
in Surrey have adopted a very perverted and immoral policy. They're wedging the
doors to their bathrooms, both mens and womens/girls bathrooms, wide open so
anyone can see into them.
What happened to me is that my 11 year old daughter,
walking past the open door of the mens room, could clearly see into the
bathroom right at the urinal. A man standing there actually turned and she
could see his genitals as he was urinating. She was traumatized and came home
crying and upset at what she'd seen. No pervert standing on a street corner
with a raincoat on could have done worse to my daughter than what this library
has done.
What kind of sickos create the circumstances whereby
little girls can see mens junk? What kind of messed up world are we living in
where this is official library policy? Are the library board all made up of
degenerates? I hope you can make this issue public so everyone can know what
these animals are doing.
A concerned mom
This is disturbed. We thought it must be a mistake so we sent our Surrey
stringer over to have a look. Guess what? It's true! You can clearly see into
the mensroom, including the urinal, as you walk past to get to the girls
washroom.
This is way out of line, no child should have to walk past the open door
of a mens room, a room designed so that the one urinal is NOT hidden in any
way.
If your child has been traumatised, dear reader, by the actions of this
library, don't hesitate to take it to your lawyer for possible civil action
against these seriously degenerate library officials.
