We have to laugh at all the re-invigorated attempts to rehabilitate Richard the Third, former King of England from his foul usurpation in 1483 to his day with justice in 1485.His apologists have always existed but now they're gonna be cranking up the rhetoric big time in an effort to make this cretin all warm and fuzzy.
They’ve found his mouldering old bones underneath some carpark and now his apologists want to make him out as a ‘kinder gentler’ King than what he was. The problem with this is he was anything but kind and gentle. He killed his brother Clarence, he killed his underage nephews the rightful heirs to the Throne, he lied cheated and stole his way to power and achieved nothing of note once he got there floating in on a river of childrens blood.
He was a slug of a human being, a despicable worm that slithered into his Crown and was rightfully cut down as a treacherous lowlife usurper who showed no respect for his own family, let alone the good yeomanry of jolly olde England.
Make no mistake about it, despite what the b.s. is going to be over the next few months, he was a bad bad person who deserved his fate 100%!
